How to Track Your Orders on Kascards?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to your Orders Page, where you can track the status of your order.
Follow the steps below to access your purchase history, check order status, and retrieve your card code:
Order Tracking Steps:

Log In: Log in to your Kascards account.

Access the Menu: Click on the user icon (or your name) at the top of the page to open the dropdown menu.
Select "Orders": Click on the "Orders" option. You will see a list of all your transactions, sorted from newest to oldest.
Understanding Order Status: Next to each order, you will find the "Status," which means:
- Approved: The transaction was successful, funds were deducted, and the code is ready to use.
- Pending: The system is waiting for payment confirmation from the blockchain network (this may take a few minutes).
- Canceled: The transaction failed (usually due to insufficient funds or timeout).
Retrieve the Code: If the status is "Approved", simply click on the order number or the order row. Additional details will expand, revealing the Card Code (PIN). Copy it and use it instantly.
